I get a msg, "We're ready to rock! Are you coming?".
Sure, I say, and 10 minutes later I'm picked up. We hit the city, spend 10 minutes looking for parking. Then try and decide where to go, find a bar and spend 10 minutes working out how to get in. Pay $5 entry fee to get in.
We go inside, and stand at the bar for 20 minutes. Music is bad and its too loud to have a conversation. There is a designated driver, nobody drinks so he doesn't get left out. We just stand, then find a seat and sit a little. Then move into another chamber, stand for 5 minutes. Then decide to leave. We go home.
I reek of smoke.
All in all, a hard night of rocking out.
