What can fly, float, hover, is over 300 metres long, 40 stories tall and can carry 1000 tonnes worth of payload?

A Skycat 1000. I realise i was once quoted as saying that the Skycat 1000 was over a 1km in length, but thats just what i heard on the media beat up that is the news. 300m is still pretty damn long.
